Programme :
5 days : from Monday to Friday
3 days : from Monday to Wednesday
Morning or afternoon courses
Warm up excercises
Mind concentration sessions : stress management, visualisation
Technical work, long shots, short shots, digital video work and strategy.
Free access to the 18-hole or 9-hole courses (depending on handicap), with a professionally designed programme throughout the duration of the course.

Training on the golf course every day for juniors
Demonstration by golfing pros at 5 p.m. on Sundays. Free of charge.
